Shipping
We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. During peak seasons or due to customs processing, delivery may take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must provide your order number and reason for return

Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene or personalisation reasons, certain items may be marked as final sale on their product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
